With the inclusion of Traditional Celtic folk and other cultural music, the Children’s Music Centre aims to provide the education of music for children with 3 aims:

1. fun and enjoyment
2. creative expression
3. communication

Classes are held at the:

Children’s Music Centre,
24 Angle Park Terrace,
Dalry,
Edinburgh.

Classes not only aim at skills in:

Reading and writing music
Playing by ear
Composition
Listening
Rhythm and melody
Playing instruments
